On the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother’s Birthday, August 12th, 2019, COERR Mae Sot joined Nupo Shelter Commander, camp committee and peace committee in the ceremony to mark H.M. Queen Mother at Nupo temporary shelter. The ceremony was also called the Mother Day.

   Like all Thai population and organizations, COERR celebrated this significant Mother Day every year to promote love and gratitude to our Mother and to maintain this good tradition among refugees. Well-wishing books were set up for the residents to write their messages in order to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Mother. Other various ceremonies were also organized to cerebrate Mother Day.

   This ceremony organized in Nupo Shelter had organization staff and refugees numbering about 300 participated.
